Computer music

I have worked from 1977 to 1982 in the computer music group of CNR-CNUCE led by Maestro Pietro Grossi, the italian pioneer in this area.

Leonello Tarabella, Tommaso Bolognesi, M.tro Pietro Grossi, Graziano Bertini, Massimo Chimenti

My work has focused on applications of fractals and stochastic processes, notably pink noise and Levy-flights, to computer- supported music composition, as described here (see also publications page).

Three samples of my experiments were included in the red album shown below. I have also contributed computer music material to the 1978 album ‘Sei note in logica’ by composer Roberto Cacciapaglia.  Here is a sample.

An intriguing discussion is worth comment. I do believe that
you need to publish more about this topic, it may not be a taboo matter but generally people don’t talk about such issues. To the next! Kind regards!!
